Alonso also won the FA Cup title under Antonio Conte during the 2017/18 campaign.
In his four-year stay at Chelsea, Marcos Alonso has won one league title, one Europa League title and one FA Cup title.
His time at Chelsea is coming to an end after a clash with manager Frank Lampard at the weekend during the half-time of the Premier League clash at West Brom.
Frank Lampard was visibly angry with the player after Marcos Alonso was substituted at half-time on the back of a poor first 45 minutes.
Chelsea were losing 3-0 at that point but they were able to salvage a point via a 3-3 draw at the end of regulation time.
