Former Premier League champions have agreed a big money transfer for Benfica defender Ruben Dias.
Portuguese international Dias has been a long-term defensive target for Manchester United but it seems like the player will join their city rivals.
Benfica have already confirmed the agreement with Manchester City and the player is now expected to sign for them in the coming days.
The total agreement is worth £65m which is surprisingly a club record for the Citizens.

Manchester City centre back Nicolas Otamendi would be moving in the other direction in a £15m transfer.
Benfica and Manchester City had been in talks for days before the 5-2 humiliation sufferer by the Citizens at the hands of Premier League leaders Leicester City this weekend.
The Manchester City defence collapsed in the second half of that league clash at home to the Foxes as they conceded four goals.
The win ensured that Leicester City joined Everton as the only two teams with the perfect record in this Premier League season having won three from three games.
Manchester City have conceded six goals in just two league games and manager Pep Guardiola would be hoping that the signing of Ruben Dias will go a long way to solve some of the defensive problems in his team.
