Manchester United legend Gary Neville has made a big prediction about Chelsea after the Blues splashed a lot of money on new signings this summer.
During his punditry job on Sky Sports, Gary Neville said that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich will expect his club to fiercely challenge both Liverpool and Manchester City for the Premier League title after spending a lot of money.
Manchester City and Liverpool are regarded as proper title challengers and Frank Lampard & his players could come under serious pressure if they don’t make a sustained challenge for the Premier League title.

Chelsea have spent over £200m on new signings this summer and that has raised expectations rapidly at the club with many believing that they have enough quality to fight for the league title.
Blues owner Roman Abramovich has spent the most money this summer since he bought the club in 2004 and the Russian would be expecting a good level of success from manager Frank Lampard who has been backed in the transfer market.
Chelsea have signed seven players this summer and the spendings won’t stop there as Senegalese international shot stopper Edouard Mendy is close to joining in a £23m deal including add-ons.
Mendy underwent his Chelsea medicals on Monday.
