The Blades are keen to sign the player on a season-long loan deal, while Liverpool are adamant that the striker will only leave the club for a permanent transfer.
Rhian Brewster will be the record signing at Sheffield United if they succumb to the permanent transfer demand from the Premier League champions.
The Liverpool striker had a very good spell at Welsh side Swansea City in the English Championship last season as he scored 10 goals in 20 appearances for the club between January and May 2020.
His form and quality have not gone unnoticed amongst the Premier League teams. Apart from Sheffield United, Crystal Palace, Aston Villa and Brighton & Hove Albion.
Rhian Brewster is keen to leave Liverpool following the signing of another attacker, Diogo Jota, a £45m signing from Wolves.
