Man United might not be close to wrapping up a deal for FC Porto left-back Alex Telles as they are still in negotiation with the Portuguese club over a fee for the player.
It is understood that the Red Devils have already agreed on personal terms with the player but the fee has been a major challenge to wrapping up the deal for the past days.

However, it is believed that the situation will progress as soon as a fee is agreed and the final paper works will be done without wasting much time but what is unknown is if FC Porto will agree to lower their demands or if the Red Devils will up their bid for Alex Telles as that will determine if a deal will happen or not.
Meanwhile, Man United are not leaving anything to chance in their bid to land a left-back and this has been exposed by a Manchester Evening News which claims that they are already eyeing another left-back.
The report claims that the Red Devils will immediately move in for Brazilian and Dynamo Kyiv’s Vitality Mykolenko if an agreement is not reached with FC Porto because they are desperate to have an option in that position.
