English Premier League club Arsenal are reported to be in a transfer battle with a host of clubs for the signature of French Ligue 1 outfit Rennes striker Georginio Rutter in this summer transfer window.
Georginio Rutter is one of the most exciting young players in the French Ligue 1 to have been attracting interest from across Europe. The likes of Newcastle United, RB Leipzig, Lyon, and AC Milan are all lined up for his signature.
The battle for the signature of Georginio Rutter became intense after the clubs learned that he has rejected a new deal with Rennes and will be set to leave the club any moment from now.

It is also understood that the French side are unwilling to let him go for nothing less than his 10 million pounds valuation which most of his suitors are willing to pay.
Apparently, Georginio Rutter is not a priority for the North London club but no doubt that he will add to the options and bring in the competition in the team after Arsenal scouts gave a pleasing report of him.
His current contract with Rennes ends in June 2021 which makes it important for him to be sold this summer window or risk losing him for free.
