The decision is now left for manager Mikel Arteta to make, whether to keep Spanish right full-back Hector Bellerin at the club or to sell him to be able to make some funds to sanction other deals this summer window.
A number of players are expected to leave the Emirates Stadium this summer window as Arsenal are in a rebuilding process which means some players have to leave while new faces would be welcomes.

The Gunners have already confirmed the signature of Willian from Chelsea and Gabriel Magalhaes from French Ligue 1 and might not be able to bring in another if some players do not leave. Thomas Partey is reported to be the next player that should join but there must be funds to make it happen.
However, French Ligue 1 outfit Paris Saint Germain are reported to have submitted an offer of £25 million for the signature of Hector Bellerin and the decision to accept or receive the offer has to be made by the Spanish boss.
Mikel Arteta’s first choice for the right-back position has been Hector Bellerin but the Gunners also have other options with Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Cedric Soares to help him make the decision.
