FA Cup champions Arsenal have tabled a bid for highly rated Brentford goalkeeper David Raya according to the report from The Telegraph.
It was revealed that the Gunners had firmed up their interest in the shot stopper with a formal bid.
Arsenal have made a £10m bid for David Raya but Brentford want the goalkeeper on loan for this season before agreeing to the transfer.
The Gunners are already closing in on the signing of another goalkeeper, Runar Alex Runarsson from French club Dijon for a transfer fee believed to be around £1m.

Runar Alex Runarsson is seen by many Arsenal fans as the replacement for former second choice shot stopper Emiliano Martinez who has just signed for fellow Premier League outfit Aston Villa in a £20m deal. However, it looks like the Gunners have a plan to sign another goalkeeper especially with the future of third choice goalkeeper Matt Macey in doubt.
Icelandic international Runarsson has already done his Arsenal medicals and his transfer should be confirmed before the week runs out.
New Aston Villa signing Emiliano Martinez had played second fiddle to Bernd Leno in the Arsenal goal until last season when he got a taste of first team football with Leno injured.
