Manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could be facing a big heat from a section of Man United fans over his decision to place full-backs Diogo Dalot and Tim Fosu-Mensah on the transfer list.
The Athletic reports that both players have been made available for sale with the Red Devils ready to listen to offers.
When Diogo Dalot joined Man United under former manager Jose Mourinho, he was rated as ‘the best full-back in Europe in his age-group’ at the time but his style has not pleased manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who feels the player is lacking in aggression.

For Fosu-Mensah, it is a case of not fulfilling the potential he showed as a teenager. This adds to the injuries he had to battle with, including a cruciate ligament problem that kept him out for most of 2019.
However, a news platform, The Peoples Person took to their Facebook page to ask fans of their opinion on the decision to do away with the Players and the response was not a pleasing one.
One of the responses reads “Dumbest move ever to let Dalot go. What happens when we go to a back three with wing-backs? Are we going to continue to pull teeth with Wan-Bissaka in that formation? His end product is poor in the final third! Dalot guarantees 7/10 good crosses and a goal if the opportunity arrives.”
Others blame Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for lacking foresight, insisting that there is no big deal having more options in the team rather than struggle for the same.
