EPL: Man United Back In For Jose Mourinho Favourite

Former European champions Manchester United have reportedly reignited their interest in Croatian international Ivan Perisic who’s a player that former manager Jose Mourinho admires.
The new interest in the player was confirmed by the Daily Mirror.
Jose Mourinho wanted to sign Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan two years ago when he was the Manchester United manager before the Red Devils hierarchy decided that the winger was not marketable enough.

Ivan Perisic could be a very good alternative for Manchester United in the event that they are not able to sign top right wing target Jadon Sancho from Borussia Dortmund. The Red Devils will have to pay over £100m to sign Sancho who has three years left on his contract.
Croatian international Perisic spent the whole of last season on loan at newly crowned king of Europe, Bayern Munich. The 31-year-old was a prominent figure for the Bavarian giants on the wings as they won the treble for the first time in seven years.
Bayern Munich won the German Bundesliga, the German Cup and the Champions League.
Their Champions League final triumph over French Ligue 1 side Paris Saint Germain (PSG) sealed the treble. Perisic was a second half substitute in that final.
