Chelsea have broken their transfer record to sign highly rated attacker Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen in the German Bundesliga.

Kai Havertz is widely regarded as the best young prospect in German football and the Blues have wasted no time in snapping him up on a long-term contract ahead of the new season.
