With a number of speculations flying around on the future of some Arsenal players, manager Mikel Arteta has been warned not to make certain decisions that could cost the club.
Learning of the speculations that the North London club will be selling Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Emi Martinez, the Gunners legend Martin Keown has warned that it would be crazy to make such a decision.
Both players took part in Arsenal’s victory over Liverpool in the Community Shield and were very instrumental in the win with Ainsley Maitland-Niles winning the Man of the Match award in the game.

Speaking to BT Sport, Martin Keown claims the pair are the type of players that should remain at the Emirates Stadium, noting that they are the kind of players the Arsenal fans have wanted for years because of their quality.
Meanwhile, both players have been linked away from the club with a number of clubs already lined up to snap them up but that might not happen with the latest development and not after their performance in the Community Shield win.
Reports in the media have claimed that the North Loudon outfit are planning to make a U-turn on their decision to sell Ainsley Maitland-Niles while the player has also insisted he is an Arsenal player until he has been told otherwise.
