It is now confirmed that Man United will end the season without a trophy as their only hope of clinching the Europa League title has been quenched by Sevilla after they suffered a 2-1 defeat.

This has obviously left manager Ole Gunnar Solskajer disappointed as he made some summer transfer claims after the defeat.

According to him, the players are already tired and that applies to their mind which means there is a new for some fresh injections.

Speaking on the expected signings, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer stated that he wants to sign players with great quality and personality, not the marquee. He also added that the game has exposed the team to know where they need to improve.

Meanwhile, the Red Devils have been making some tries this summer window but are yet to have any breakthrough as their top target, England international winger, Jadon Sancho has been confirmed to remain with the German Bundesliga club, Borussia Dortmund.

Man United have also indicated an interest in Aston Villa midfielder, Jack Grealish but they are being blocked by the £80 million asking price as the club is currently suffering the effect of the coronavirus pandemic and will not be able to spend big.
