Spanish La Liga side Atletico Madrid are open to doing business with the English Premier League club Arsenal for the proposed move of Thomas Partey to the Emirates Stadium.
The Gunners have identified the Atletico Madrid midfielder as a major target for the summer transfer window with claims that personal terms have been agreed upon.
Atletico Madrid have now accepted to let go of the midfielder and are not willing to negotiate his release clause of £45 million, according to journalist David Vinuesa Malbec.

It is expected that the North London outfit will enter into a negotiation with the Madrid-based team but that is subject to their will to shift ground or not before the summer window is closed.
With Thomas Partey ready for a move, he could also force the deal to fall through by submitting a transfer request to the club. He is expected to fill a major role at the Emirates Stadium, especially with the future of Matteo Guendouzi looking very unlikely at the club.
There is no doubt that the summer transfer window will be a difficult one for manager Mikel Arteta because he would find it difficult to convince players because of the lack of funds.
