Tottenham manager Jose Mourinho seems to be attracting reactions and anger from Man United fans after a statement credited to him on Bruno Fernandes.

Despite all praise and glow by the Red Devils fans on the former Lisbon player, Mam United unwittingly placed him under the carpet by claiming he cannot swap him for Giovani Lo Celso.

It would be recalled that the North London outfit made an attempt to snap up the player from Lisbon but failed. They moved for an alternative, in Giovani Lo Celso.

While Bruno Fernandes has been on fire for the Red Devils with his fine form and goals, involving in 8 goals so far, Giovani Lo Celso is yet to equal that level of performance at Tottenham. He is yet to score or give any assistance.

Knowing this, Mourinho in an interview with Sky Sports claim to have no regret over Fernandes snub.

According to him, if Giovani Lo Celso was the player that joined Tottenham, he has got no match and not Fernandes can be compared to him.

Mourinho claims that the quality of Giovani Lo Celso is yet to be known, stressing that he has been playing through injury and there are plenty to come from the 24-year-old.

There is no doubt that Man United fans will not be taking this swipe from their former manager and will result in the social media to returning jabs at him.
