EPL: Man United Starlet Has ‘Said Yes’ To Another Club For Transfer

Young Manchester United attacker Tahith Chong is on his way out of the club after he said YES to an offer from Inter Milan in the Italian Serie A.

Tahith Chong has few months left on his Red Devils contract at the moment and he’s expected to leave the club on a free transfer this summer at the end of his deal after Manchester United failed to convince him that his long-term future is at the Theatre of Dreams.

The player has told Inter Milan chief executive Beppe Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio that he will join the Nerazzurri on a free transfer.

The Dutch junior international will sign a five-year Inter Milan contract until the end of the 2024/25 season according to popular Italian news outlet Tuttosport.

It was also revealed that the Nerazzuri will pay the player around €2m on a yearly basis as his salary.

FCInter News had earlier confirmed the interest of Everton in the player as the Toffees want him to stay in the Premier League.

Inter Milan planned to send Tahith Chong to China on loan immediately the free transfer move for him has been finalised this summer but the player’s representatives are not interested in that proposal thus leading to a change of plans from the Nerazzurri hierarchy.

Inter Milan will send the player on loan to a friendly club within the Italian Serie A with teams like Parma, Sassuolo and Hellas Verona in the running.

Hellas Verona could be the most appropriate club for Tahith Chong due to the playing style adopted by the Italian top-flight side under the guidance of Ivan Juric.

Inter Milan could use the loan deal of both Tahith Chong and Federico Dimarco to secure the transfer of Marash Kubulla who has emerged as a top transfer target for the Serie A title contenders.
