According to Spanish radio station Cadena Ser, Manchester United want to sign Valencia striker Maxi Gomez.
It was revealed that Manchester United will wait to sign Maxi Gomez from Spanish La Liga club Valencia in the summer rather than in this January winter transfer market.
Manchester United are in the market for a new striker this month after the injury to leading marksman Marcus Rashford.
The Three Lions of England player won’t be available for selection until March after a back injury sustained in the Wolves game earlier this month ruled him out of action for two months.

Manchester United want a short-term replacement for Rashford this month before they spend big on a striker like Maxi Gomez in the summer.
Marcus Rashford scored 19 goals in all competitions for the Red Devils before his unfortunate injury.
AC Milan striker Krzysztof Piatek and Paris Saint Germain (PSG) star Edinson Cavani are striker targets for Manchester United this month.
Valencia striker Maxi Gomez is in his first season at the Mestalla following his transfer from fellow Spanish La Liga side Celta Vigo last summer in a £14.5m deal.
He has a release clause of £118m in his contract at Valencia which runs out in 2024.
