Man United Transfer: When They Will Sign James Maddison Revealed

According to The Independent, Manchester United still retain an interest in highly rated Leicester City playmaker James Maddison.

Manchester United wanted to take the one-cap England player to the Theater of Dreams this month only for them to be met with disapproval on the part of Leicester City who want to keep their best players including James Maddison.

The Coventry City Academy graduate has been a revelation at Leicester City since signing for them at the start of the last campaign.

James Maddison signed for the Foxes from Norwich City who were in the English Championship as at then.

Norwich City have since been promoted to the Premier League though they occupy the last position on the league table at the moment after Matchday 24 games.

The Canaries are overwhelming favorites to go back to the English Championship after falling six points off safety with 14 games left to play.

Manchester United will have to convince Leicester City to part with James Maddison in the summer as the playmaker won’t come cheap.

The Red Devils might need to pay premium transfer fee to sign him if they manage to cajole the Foxes into a transfer just like what happened to Harry Maguire who left Leicester City for Old Trafford in a world-record of £80m for defenders.
