Liverpool will have to wait on a possible transfer swoop for Barcelona attacker Ousmane Dembele due to the injury sustained by Luis Suarez.
The Uruguayan international will miss the next four months after undergoing knee surgery thereby ruling him out till the end of the season in what is a big blow for Barcelona.
Liverpool were previously planning on a move for Dembele who has a big admirer in Reds boss Jurgen Klopp but it would be hard to convince Barcelona into selling the French international with the injury to Luis Suarez.

Barcelona have been seriously hit by the new strategy of playing the Spanish Super Cup in Saudi Arabia.
The new strategy involves four teams namely Barcelona, Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid and Valencia for this season’s edition of the Super Cup.
Apart from losing to Atletico Madrid in the semi-finals via a 3-2 defeat, Barcelona also suffered a major blow of losing main striker Luis Suarez to a knee injury.
Luis Suarez will be out of action until May at least if his comeback goes as planned.
The former Liverpool striker is the second topscorer in the Barcelona team this season behind main man and talismanic club skipper Lionel Messi.
