Chelsea’s young players are grateful to manager Frank Lampard who has been willing to give them the opportunity to play for the first team despite their lack of experience and this has prompted several players to commit their futures to the club.
Frank Lampard became the Chelsea manager last summer and the former club midfielder has made a big impression on the young players at Cobham training ground including Albanian u-21 international Armando Broja who recently penned a new contract with the Blues.
Armando Broja is the leading goalscorer for the youth team at Chelsea this season and its only a matter of time before he gets his chance to shine for the first team.

The Albanian starlet has scored 16 goals in 23 games for the youth teams at Chelsea this season including the winning goal diring the recent u23 game with London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.
Armando Broja could get him chance this month especially if Chelsea are able to move on more experienced strikers like Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi.
These two strikers have not contributed much to the Chelsea frontline this season with the Blues overreliant on England international Tammy Abraham for the goals and the player has delivered with 14 strikes in all competitions.
