Manchester United are prepared to back their interest in Bruno Fernandes in the current January window as the Red Devils continue to struggle with injuries, especially in midfield.
The Red Devils have been affected by injuries to two key players in midfield and their season could take a turn for the worse if the club fails to reinforce that area of the pitch with new and quality players like Sporting Lisbon star Bruno Fernandes who is a long-term target for the Premier League outfit.
Bruno Fernandes was seriously linked with Manchester United last summer before the Portuguese international eventually stayed at Sporting Lisbon FC of Portugal beyond the 2019 summer’s transfer market.

According to popular Portuguese media portal A Bola, Manchester United have reignited their interest in the Sporting Lisbon playmaker amidst their mini-injury crisis in midfield with the likes of Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay injured.
Pogba and McTominay are not expected to play again for the Red Devils until the end of this month at the least.
The aforementioned report stated that Manchester United can sign Bruno Fernandes for just €70m (£59.5m) in this current window.
Bruno Fernandes has scored 13 goals plus 13 assists in 23 games for his team this term.
