What Mourinho must do to succeed at Tottenham revealed

Former Manchester United and Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho was confirmed on Wednesday as Tottenham’s new manager having parted ways with Mauricio Pochettino on Tuesday.

The Portuguese manager is taking charge of a team who are in the 14th position on the League standing and he is expected to lead them back to reckoning before the end of the season.

As much as the Lilywhite have quality players who can help the Portuguese achieve his dream at the Tottenham Stadium, former Manchester City star Danny Mills has advised Mourinho to reunite with Zlatan Ibrahimovich in January.

According Mills, Ibrahimovic will help the manager’s hope of leading his new team to next year’s Champions League competition because of his experience.

The former England international believes that getting the Swedish star won’t be a problem because he is a free agent and he already has a great relationship with the former Man United, Chelsea and Real Madrid manager.

Ibrahimovic is currently without a club after ending his contract with MLS side LA Galaxy and Tottenham won’t spend a dime to get him during or before the January transfer window.

Should Tottenham eventually sign Ibrahimovic in January, Mourinho will be working with the 38-year-old star for the second time in less than four years, having worked together during their days at Old Trafford.
