Experienced journalist Ian McGarry has made a big claim after he said that Chelsea have agreed personal terms with January target Moussa Dembele who plays his club football for French Ligue 1 side, Lyon.
Ian McGarry disclosed this while he was speaking to Reach plc’s Transfer Window Podcast.
His co-presenter Duncan Castles also went a long way to corroborate Ian McGarry as he said that Lyon have already turned down a €40m bid from Chelsea for their star striker Moussa Dembele.

It was also stated that Chelsea were rebuffed in their bid for a swap deal for Moussa Dembele with the Blues willing to include Olivier Giroud in the transfer.
Chelsea star Tammy Abraham is the undisputed first-choice central striker at the club and manager Frank Lampard wants to sign a strong competition for him in the shape of French striker Moussa Dembele.
Strikers Olivier Giroud and Michy Batshuayi are not good enough for Frank Lampard and they are expected to leave the club once the Blues are able to sign a new striker.
Giroud is a target for West Ham United, while Belgian international Batshuayi has been linked with a loan return to Crystal Palace having spent the second half of last season on loan at the same club.
