Liverpool have agreed for striker Rhian Brewster to join English Championship side Swansea City on loan for the remainder of this season according to the publication from Football Insider.

It was revealed that Swansea City won the race to sign the young Liverpool striker ahead of other English Championship clubs, Premier League sides and German top flight outfits.

Other clubs like Crystal Palace and Aston Villa (Premier League), Sheffield Wednesday and Leeds United (English Championship) and the German Bundesliga duo of Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig.

Before Rhian Brewster embarks on the loan move to Swansea City from Liverpool, the player would be involved in the FA Cup clash with Everton in the third round.

The two Merseyside clubs meet in the third round to determine who will secure passage to the fourth round of the competition.

Rhian Brewster has made two appearances for Liverpool this season with both coming in the earlier rounds of the Carabao Cup.

He was involved in the Carabao Cup third round and fourth round wins over MK Dons and Arsenal respectively.

Rhian Brewster opted for Swansea City ahead of the previously mentioned clubs mainly due to his relationship with Swansea City manager Steve Cooper.
