EPL: Ole Gunnar Solskjaer Passes Star Player Fit For Arsenal Game

Manchester United have been handed a timely injury boost ahead of their crucial Premier League clash with Arsenal on New Year’s Day.

The Red Devils will be the guests of North London giants Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night and French national team player Paul Pogba has been declared fit for the league game.

Paul Pogba was passed fit for the Arsenal clash by his manager during his pre-match press conference ahead of the game.

He has earlier missed the win over Burnley in the last league game after a small setback shortly after the Newcastle United match at home on Boxing Day.

Pogba missed the 2-0 victory at the home of Burnley with goals from Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford either side of the halftime interval handing Manchester United victory which took them to fifth spot on the league table and one point behind Chelsea in fourth place but that gap is now four points after the Blues win over Arsenal.

Paul Pogba has been restricted to just eight games in all competitions this season due to an ankle injury.

The French international returned to the pitch for the first time in almost three months during the recent league trip to Watford.
