How Chelsea Could Line Up With Fyodor Chalov In January

It’s no longer news that Premier League giants Chelsea are interested in signing CSKA Moscow striker Fyodor Chalov during this January transfer window but what is new is how Frank Lampard will line up his team if the transfer becomes successful.
The signing of the aforementioned Chalov would definitely hand Chelsea boss Frank Lampard a selection headache since the Blues only play one striker.
For now, Nigerian-born England international Tammy Abraham is the first choice striker at Chelsea and he has scored 12 league goals for his club this term.
Chelsea could spend as much as £20m on Fyodor Chalov in the January transfer window with the Blues expected to make use of their connection with his Russian club CSKA Moscow.

The Blues have a strong connection with CSKA Moscow through their owner Roman Abramovic and that could facilitate the plan to sign the Russian national team striker.
Chalov scored 15 goals for CSKA Moscow last season and he has added six more in this campaign.
According to the report from the Daily Express, Fyodor Chalov could replace Tammy Abraham as the lone Chelsea striker.
Chelsea XI with Chalov: Kepa Arrizabalaga; Cesar Azpilicueta, Antonio Rudiger, Kurt Zouma, Marcos Alonso; N’Golo Kante, Mason Mount, Jorginho; Willian, Tammy Abraham and Christian Pulisic.
