Reigning European champions Liverpool are expected to sanction the sale of Brazilian playmaker Allan de Sousa Rodrigues who is presently on loan at Fluminense in the top flight of Brazilian football.
Allan has not been able to show the Liverpool fans his quality mainly due to work permit issues and that prompted him to spend all his Reds career on loan away from the club.
The 22-year-old is yet to make a single appearance for Liverpool since joining the club in 2015.

He has played for the likes of Finnish top-flight club HJK Helsinki, Saint-Truiden in Belgium, German capital club Hertha Berlin, Cypriot top flight side Apollon Limassol and Eintracht Frankfurt in the German Bundesliga.
Allan didn’t record much success at those clubs and was then loaned out to Brazilian Serie A club Fluminense where he has rediscovered his form thereby attracting the interest of other Brazilian sides.
Apart from the fact that Fluminense wants to sign him permanently, Brazilian media outlet Globo Esporte said that the likes of Atletico Miniero and Sao Paulo are also keen on the playmaker.
It was revealed that Atletico Miniero want to sign him for £2.7m which would be a significant increment on the £500,000 transfer fee spent on him.
