Arsenal Signing This World-class Player Would Bridge The Gap In Their Defence

Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly could be the man to bring calm to the Arsenal defence which has been in shambles this season especially in the Premier League where they have conceded 29 goals in just 20 games.
According to journalist Ian McGarry, Arsenal want to sign Senegalese international star Kalidou Koulibaly who is valued at £55m by his Italian Serie A club.
Ian McGarry told Reach plc’s Transfer Window Podcast that the Gunners could make a move for the 28-year-old in the transfer window next month.

The priority of new Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has to be the defence which crumbled again in his first match at home at the weekend.
Arteta and Arsenal were on their way to a battling 1-0 win over Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium before the porous defence reared its ugly head again by conceding two late goals which were avoidable.
Kalidou Koulibaly is widely regarded as one of the best centre backs in world football, and he has been previously linked with other clubs like Manchester United, Chelsea and Juventus in the past.
He joined Napoli from Belgian top flight club Genk FC of Belgium in 2014 and has scored 10 goals plus five assists in 232 appearances for the Italians.
