Chelsea have been advised to look for a better alternative to first-choice striker Tammy Abraham who has been in good form for the Blues, especially in the Premier League.

Chelsea have thrown strikers namely Tammy Abraham, Olivier Giroud, and Michy Batshuayi but the only source of goal has been Nigerian-born England international Abraham.

The Chelsea Academy product has scored 12 goals in the league this season having returned from his loan spell at Aston Villa last season having helped the Midlands club to gain promotion to the Premier League.

RB Leipzig star Timo Werner and Lyon hitman Moussa Dembele have both been linked with Chelsea this season with a swoop in the January transfer window a possibility.

Timo Werner has scored 18 goals in 17 league outings and 23 goals in total this season.
