The aforementioned publication revealed that Mikel Arteta has told the Arsenal board that he wants three signings in the January transfer window.
It was revealed that the former Arsenal player has requested two center-backs and one defensive midfielder.
Arsenal signed two central defenders in the summer namely David Luiz and William Saliba but that has not improved the Gunners defence in any way as there’s an argument that the rearguard is worse than what it was at the start of the season.
William Saliba is not at Arsenal at the moment as he’s on loan at Saint Etienne who sanctioned his sale this summer.
