Everton could lose one of their best players to Manchester United midway through to the campaign as Solskjaer is reportedly planing a move for Brazilian star Richarlison.

The Red Devils manager is set to make a massive upgrade to his striking force next year and the former Watford star is heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford in January.

Though the player hasn’t hit the ground running this season, Evening Standard believes Solskjaer is confident the player has all it takes to improve his front-line.

However, the Norwegian tactician and his employers might need to break the bank to get their target in January as it might require huge transfer bid to force Marcos Silva into releasing the Brazilian.

Since he joined the Tofees from Watford last season, Richarlison has scored 16 Premier League goals in 48 games.

Meanwhile, Manchester United boss has confirmed that his team will be without Scott McTominay when they battle Sheffield United on Sunday due to injury.

The Scotsman pulled out of just-concluded international break due to injury and he won’t be available for selection against The Blades who won’t be with Manchester United loanee Dean Henderson who is eligible to feature against his parent club.
