French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have been surprisingly linked with a move for Liverpool midfielder Adam Lallana.
England international Adam Lallana has been on the fringes of the Liverpool team for the better part of the last two years and he is expected to leave the Merseyside giants in the New Year.
According to the publication from the Daily Mirror, PSG want to sign Adam Lallana to boost their attack though the former Southampton skipper is more of a midfielder/winger than a striker.
Adam Lallana joined Liverpool from fellow Premier League side Southampton in the summer of 2015 and he went on to become a permanent fixture in the starting lineup before injury struck.

Liverpool paid £25m for his transfer from Southampton.
He was part of the Liverpool squad that won the Champions League title at the end of last season via the win over Tottenham Hotspur in their final clash.
His biggest contribution for Liverpool this season is to produce an equalizer for his team in the crucial league clash with arch rivals Manchester United last month.
Adam Lallana came off the bench to rescue a point for Liverpool via a 1-1 draw with Manchester United and also preserve their unbeaten league run this season.
