Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic is reportedly considering his future at Old Trafford having fallen down the pecking order since the turn of the 2019-20 season.
The uncertainty surrounding his future has helped him attract attention from top Serie A clubs such as AC Milan and their local rivals Inter Milan.
Antonio Conte’s side were the first to show interest in his services before AC Milan reportedly developed the desire to have him at the San Siro.
Though Matic is largely tipped to head towards Old Trafford’s exit door by many transfer podcasts, the player might ignore the two Serie A giants in favor of West Ham.

The Hammers are the latest suitor in the chase after Matic’s service and they might beat the two Serie A sides in January, that’s according to Manchester Evening News.
The media source suggested that Manuel Pellegrini is hunting for a new midfielder who will partner with Declan Rice at the middle of the park.
As much as Rice’s future with the Hammers is equally under huge threat due to Solskjaer’s desire to work with the player, Manuel Pellegrini believes his employers will prevent the Red Devils from signing the youngster.
However, Matic’s move to West Ham is still very much unlikely because the player will hope to feature in European competitions next season.
