Parma forward Dejan Kulusevski reportedly impressed United’s scouts during their 2-0 victory over Roma last weekend.
The Red Devils scouts were among the spectators to run the rule over the United’s loanee Chris Smalling, who has been wonderful for Roma this season, but it was the 19-year-old attacker who got their attention following a blistering display during the encounter.
Italian media Corriere della Sera claimed that the scouts couldn’t help but pay attention to Kulusevski’s performance throughout the game.
The player is on loan from Atlanta and he’s expected to return to the club by the end of the season.

However, Kulusevski is valued at £21m by the Serie A giants and he has reportedly attracted interests from Southampton and Wolves ahead of the winter market.
Should United move for the youngster? That’s the question that would be perfectly answered by the gaffer himself.
Nonetheless, I think there’s no need to compete with the Saints and Wolves for the player as there is a certain promising Mason Greenwood at Old Trafford.
The academy product is doing great at the moment, hence, there is no need bringing another inexperienced striker to the Theatre of Dreams in January.
If Solskjaer must sign a new striker in the winter, in-form RB Leipzig star is Timo Werner should be his prime target due to the player’s youthfulness, goalscoring prowess, and experience.
