Champions League: Chelsea Trio Return To Training Ahead Of Ajax Clash

West London giants Chelsea have been boosted by the news that three of their players are back in full training ahead of the Champions League clash with Dutch giants Ajax Amsterdam.

Chelsea play at home to last season’s semifinalists Ajax Amsterdam in Group H as they try to consolidate their lead at the top of the group.

The trio of N’Golo Kante, Andreas Christensen and Ross Barkley have returned to full Chelsea training.

They are in contention to be in the Chelsea squad for the home game with Ajax on Tuesday night.

The three players were absent at the weekend as Chelsea recorded their fifth successive win in the Premier League.

Chelsea made it five wins in a row with the 2-1 win at the home of bottom club Watford.

The Blues were able to maintain their spot in the top four of the Premier League table as a result of the win.

Christian Pulisic scored again to make it four goals in his last two games in the Premier League.

The summer signing added the second goal of the game in the second half after his team had taken a lead in the first half of the game through Tammy Abraham.

Watford pulled one back late in the game via a Gerard Deulofeu penalty.
