Manchester United have been in contact with former striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic according to the latest reports coming out of the Italian media.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic is coming to the end of his contract at Major League Soccer (MLS) team LA Galaxy.
The Swedish football legend will be a free agent at the end of his LA Galaxy contract in December and he has been linked with a move back to European football.
According to the Italian media portal, TuttoMercatoWeb, Manchester United have made small contact with their former striker.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been touted as a possible addition to teams like AC Milan FC of Italy, Manchester United and Italian Serie A outfit Bologna.
He signed a two-year contract with LA Galaxy upon leaving Manchester United at the start of last year and that contract will come to an end in a few weeks’ time.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic made way for the emergence of Romelu Lukaku at Manchester United but the Belgian is no longer at the club following his £74m to Italian giants Inter Milan earlier this year.
While he was at Manchester United under the guidance of Portuguese tactician Jose Mourinho, Ibrahimovic won the Europa League, Community Shield and the Carabao Cup titles.
