According to him, the Carabao Cup represents a very good opportunity for young managers like Frank Lampard (Chelsea) and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer (Manchester United) to win a first title in their managerial career in England.

Chelsea and Manchester United are both on a winning run ahead of their meeting at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday night though the former has a longer victory sequence.
Frank Lampard has done an admirable job as the Chelsea manager despite losing his first game in charge earlier this season.
Ironically, his first loss came against Manchester United via a 4-0 loss in the Premier League at the home of the Red Devils.
Lampard and Chelsea have won their last seven games in all competitions, while Manchester United are targeting a third straight win ahead of tonight’s game.
