North London giants Arsenal have had a big bid rejected for midfielder Dani Ceballos according to Spanish media outlet El Desmarque.
It was revealed that the Gunners made a £26m bid for Spanish international Dani Ceballos and it was rejected with Real Madrid holding out for £30m.
Dani Ceballos is on loan at Arsenal from Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid having joined the Gunners in the summer.
There was no transfer fee in the loan contract that took the former Real Betis playmaker from Real Madrid to Arsenal in the summer.
Dani Ceballos has impressed for Arsenal since joining the North Londoners.

He produced two assists in his first start for the Gunners in the Premier League.
Dani Ceballos produced a man-of-the-match performance on that first start as Arsenal beat Burnley 2-1 to record a win on their first home game.
He scored his first and only goal of the season during the Europa League victory over Standard Liege FC of Belgium.
Dani Ceballos recently talked about how he has been able to settle to life in North London and that has affected his international career positively.
He was part of the Spain squad that booked their spot in next year’s Euro 2020 after the 1-1 draw with hosts Norway in the former European champions’ last qualifier.
