Spanish champions Barcelona have concluded plans to sell midfielder Ivan Rakitic according to the latest reports coming out of the Spanish media.
Ivan Rakitic is deemed to be surplus to requirements at Barcelona and they are ready to sell him when the transfer market reopens in the New Year.
This is according to the publication from Spanish news outlet Sport which claimed that the likes of Manchester United and Inter Milan are interested in signing the Croatian international.
Ivan Rakitic was linked with a move away from Barcelona in the summer but nothing came out of it.

He has less than two years left on his contract with Barcelona.
Rakitic has not been a regular in the Barcelona team this season due to the good form of Brazilian international Arthur Melo and summer signing Frenkie De Jong.
He has played 247 times for Barcelona since joining the club from fellow Spanish La Liga outfit Sevilla.
Since his transfer to Barcelona five years ago, Ivan Rakitic has won four La Liga titles and the 2015 Champions League.
Manchester United were one of the clubs linked with a move for Ivan Rakitic in the summer and they could make a move for him in the next transfer window.
