Premier League giants Manchester United have been given the deadline to sack manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer according to the latest reports coming out of the Italian media.

The Red Devils were given the ultimatum by former Juventus and AC Milan manager Maximiliano Allegri who’s one of the favorites to become the next Manchester United boss in the event that the aforementioned Solskjaer is sacked by the fallen Premier League giants.

According to the publication from the stables of popular Italian media outlet Gazzetta Dello Sport, Maximiliano Allegri is willing to take the Manchester United job and that he wants to take over sooner rather than latter.

The Italian tactician is not ready to take the Manchester United job at the latter stages of the current season.

Allegri wants to take over as the Manchester United manager in the next few weeks.

He has been out of the dugout since leaving Italian Serie A champions Juventus at the end of last season.

Maximiliano Allegri left Juventus after leading the Italians to five successive league titles and two Champions League finals which they lost to Spanish opponents.

He could replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer who’s under serious pressure to keep his job at Manchester United.
