Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has slammed Borussia Dortmund supremo Hans-Joachim Watzke after he said that the Gabonese international left the club for the Premier League because of money.
The Dortmund CEO (Chief Executive Officer) said this in a recent interview with Suddeutsche Zeitung.
According to him, Aubameyang left Borussia Dortmund for Premier League giants Arsenal due to higher wages.
He also taunted him about the lack of Champions League football at Arsenal.
Aubameyang left Borussia Dortmund for Arsenal in a then club-record deal at the start of last year and he has not been able to play Champions League football for the North London club.

In his response to the Borussia Dortmund CEO via his Twitter handle, Aubameyang accused him of being greedy as highlighted by the transfer of Ousmane Dembele to Spanish La Liga champions Barcelona solely because of money.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has been a key player for the Gunners since joining them in January 2018.
He won the Premier League Golden Boot Award last season with 22 goals alongside fellow Africans Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane who both play for Premier League leaders Liverpool.
Aubameyang has scored seven goals in the Premier League this term and eight goals in all competitions.
