EPL: Unai Emery Singles Out One Arsenal Player After Man Utd Stalemate

Arsenal manager Unai Emery has singled out young attacker Bukayo Saka for praise following his performance during the Premier League encounter with Manchester United at the Theatre of Dreams on Monday night.

Unai Emery praised the Nigerian forward in his post-match reaction to the game which ended in a 1-1 draw.

According to him, Bukayo Saka continues to improve and that he deserves the playing time he’s getting at the moment.

Bukayo Saka came into European prominence during the Matchday 1 clash with German Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt in the Europa League.

The young Arsenal attacker scored one goal and also provided two assists as he helped the Gunners to an emphatic 3-0 win over their German opponents.

He was given his first Premier League start by Unai Emery during the penultimate game at home to newly promoted side Aston Villa.

His second Premier League start came against Manchester United on Monday night at the age of 18 years and 125 days thus making him the youngest player to start a game between Manchester United and Arsenal in the Premier League era.

He celebrated that record with an assist for the second half goal scored by Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

The goal cancelled out the opener from Scott McTominay.
