Star player Paul Pogba has missed the last three games for Manchester United after pulling out of the last international break as a result of an ankle injury.
He withdrew from the French national team squad for their last Euro 2020 qualifiers against Albania and Andorra.
Paul Pogba sustained that ankle injury in the last game before the international break, a 1-1 draw at Southampton in the Premier League.
Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer confirmed his injury status to the club’s website earlier on Tuesday ahead of the upcoming Carabao Cup clash with Rochdale on Wednesday night.
He missed the league games against Leicester City and West Ham United as well as the Europa League clash with Astana FC of Kazakhstan.
Solskjaer said that Paul Pogba will definitely play against Arsenal in their league meeting on Monday night.
The Red Devils are playing catch-up on the Premier League table at the moment after the return of just eight points from the first six games of the season.
