Former Juventus and AC Milan manager Maximiliano Allegri has said that he will only take the Manchester United job on one condition.
This is according to the publication from the stables of popular Italian news outlet Tuttosport.
It was revealed that Maximiliano Allegri is interested in the Manchester United job and that he will only take the job if he’s given a big transfer budget for him to shake the first team during the winter transfer window in January 2020.
Allegri has been without a managerial job since ending his five-year stay with Italian Serie A champions Juventus.
He won five successive league titles for Juventus and also led them to two Champions League finals though both ended in defeats for him.
He is one of several managers to be linked to Premier League giants Manchester United with current manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer under pressure to perform.
Former Manchester United manager Solskjaer has spent just nine months in the job but it seems the end could be near for him if results do not improve.
He is under the spotlight after the disappointing start to the new Premier League campaign.
Apart from Maximiliano Allegri, the likes of Arsene Wenger and Ryan Giggs have been linked with the managerial job at Old Trafford.
