Super Eagles manager Gernot Rohr has said that Paris Saint Germain (PSG) attacker Kylian Mbappe deserved to win FIFA Best Men’s Award.
Rohr made this known in a chat with NationSport.
According to him, Kylian Mbappe deserves to win the award ahead of Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi who was named the award recipient at the FIFA Best Award Ceremony at the Teatro Alla Scala in the Italian city of Milan.
Gernot Rohr voted for Kylian Mbappe, Liverpool centre back Virgil Van Dijk and new Real Madrid signing Eden Hazard as his top three but it was only Dutch international Van Dijk who made the last of the three, shortlisted alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.
