Chelsea legend Craig Burley has picked his penalty taker between two Manchester United players.

The ex-Chelsea player talked about Manchester United and their penalty takers while he was doing his punditry work on popular media channel ESPN.

Manchester United and their penalty takers Marcus Rashford and Paul Pogba are in the spotlight after the stop kick miss from Monday night.

Pogba missed a second half penalty for Manchester United in their last league game at Wolves and it proved to be a crucial one for his team at the end of the game.

Many fans and pundits believe that Marcus Rashford should have taken the penalty rather than Paul Pogba having been successful on Matchday 1 during the 4-0 home win over Chelsea.

On the issue of the penalty taker for Manchester United, Craig Burley said Marcus Rashford should be the designated penalty taker for the Red Devils ahead of Paul Pogba.

Manchester United were given a spot kick in the second half of the Wolves game after Pogba was brought down by Conor Coady, the Wolves skipper.

His penalty was saved by Wolves goalkeeper Rui Patricio as the two teams played out a 1-1 draw to end the perfect record for Manchester United at the start of the new league season.
