Brazilian football legend Rivaldo has told Paris Saint Germain (PSG) attacker Neymar to snub the likes of Barcelona and Real Madrid for Italian Serie A champions Juventus, Goal reports.

According to him, he would like to see Neymar play alongside Portuguese international superstar Cristiano Ronaldo at Juventus.

Ronaldo became a Juventus player last summer after making a record move from immediate past European champions Real Madrid.

Juventus paid at least £100m to secure the signing of Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid where he spent nine years.

Barcelona legend and 2001 World Player of the Year Rivaldo is certain that Neymar will improve a great deal as a player if he plays alongside the aforementioned Ronaldo.

Juventus are not one of the teams interested in a move for Neymar this summer.

The Brazilian star wants to leave PSG this summer and the Spanish duo of Barcelona and Real Madrid have been mentioned as his likely destination.

Barcelona and Real Madrid have made several bids for Neymar and they have been met with negative responses on the part of PSG.

The French Ligue 1 champions are holding out on the €220m world-record fee spent on him two years ago when he left Barcelona for France.
