Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo has advised his son on how to become a top footballer.

His son, Cristiano Ronaldo Jr. wants to emulate his father as a world-class footballer.

In an interview with TV1, Ronaldo told his son what he must do to become a top footballer.

According to the former Manchester United and Real Madrid attacker, talent is not enough to become a top footballer.

Cristiano Ronaldo went on to say that a lot of hard work is needed to reach and maintain the status as a world-class player.

Ronaldo Jr. is nine years old and he recently joined the Juventus u-9 side.

He scored four goals in his first game for the team.

His target is to follow in the footsteps of his father who’s regarded as one of the best players of his generation alongside Barcelona superstar Lionel Messi.

Cristiano Ronaldo has played for clubs like Portuguese Super League giants Sporting Lisbon, former Premier League champions Manchester United, Spanish La Liga giants Real Madrid and Italian Serie A champions Juventus.

Cristiano Ronaldo left Real Madrid to join Juventus in a club-record deal of €100m last summer and he has become the talisman for the Italian champions.
