French Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint Germain (PSG) have made a decision on the latest offer from Spanish La Liga giants Barcelona according to the latest reports from the media.
Barcelona have made several offers to re-sign Neymar and they have so far failed to lure him back to the Nou Camp.
According to ESPN, the latest Barcelona offer of a loan deal for Neymar with the option to buy him permanently at the end of the loan spell was turned down by PSG.
It was also revealed that PSG is adamant that only an offer of at least €222m would be enough to prise Neymar away from the club this summer.

Barcelona have less than two weeks to try and sign Neymar with the European transfer window scheduled to end on September 2.
PSG are skeptical that Barcelona won’t be able to raise the funds required to sign Neymar permanently for €222m if they decided to let him join the Spanish La Liga giants on a season-long loan deal with an option to sign him permanently afterwards.
Neymar has missed the start of the season as a result of an ankle injury sustained in the summer though he’s back in training with PSG.
