New Everton signing Alex Iwobi has penned an emotional farewell to Arsenal fans in the wake of his exit on Thursday.
Alex Iwobi has ended his stay at Arsenal after his transfer to fellow Premier League side Everton.
The 23-year-old took to his official Instagram account to pen an emotional farewell to the Arsenal fans.
According to him, it was an honour to play for Arsenal.
Everton agreed an Arsenal club-record fee of £40m for Alex Iwobi.

The previous recipient of that record was Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain after the England international midfielder left Arsenal to join reigning European champions Liverpool for £36m.
Oxlade-Chamberlain left Arsenal for Liverpool at the start of last season.
Alex Iwobi has broken that record after the Arsenal Academy player ended his 15-year stay in North London.
On his new signing, Everton manager Marco Silva revealed that the decision to sign Alex Iwobi was made due to the fact that the Toffees had to add to their attacking options especially following the £22.5m transfer of Ademola Lookman to German Bundesliga club RB Leipzig.
Alex Iwobi has been given the number 17 at his new club.
